RETURN AND EXCHANGE

For any reason, customer can return the order. Items can be returned for a size/color exchange (if available) or for refund within 14 working days from delivery of the parcel. Items must be returned in the same original conditions and neatly packed and with the hang tags still attached.

To arrange a return, please email us at info@nodokana.com and let us know which products you want to return.

After notifying us, you can ship the product(s) you want to return, together with the invoice, which you can find into your package.

Once your request has reached us together with the product you wish to exchange, we will inspect it and if approved, we will ship your desired product within 2 working days, if it is in stock, without any extra shipping costs. If the product isn’t in stock we will refund you the price of the product in the same way as your initial payment was made.

Exchanges can only be made within the same model with a different color/size. You cannot exchange your product for a different type of product.

Customer is kindly invited to carefully follow the return policy of nodokana, briefly summed up below:

Color/size exchange:

  • Return shipping costs are charged to customer. Any duty and tax related to the import of the box are always at the customer’s expense.                           
  • Items can be exchanged for the same model in a different size or color, if available. Exchange with different items will not be accepted. Once your request has reached us together with the product you wish to exchange, we will inspect it and if approved we will ship your desired product within 2 working days. If it is in stock. The shipment cost will be your responsibility. If the product isn’t in stock we will refund you the price of the product in the same way as your initial payment was made. The product you want to return should be shipped unworn and unwashed together with the original invoice. The product should be packed without any damage in their original packaging and then be returned to the returns address that nodokana has provided you.
  • If the product that you want to return was billed to a corporation, you will have to prepare a corporate return invoice and send it with your return package. If there is no corporate return invoice for corporate returns, we will not be able to complete these returns.
  • We cannot accept returns that don’t have their original packaging, or where the packaging is damaged, has a sticker from the cargo company on it, has duct tape on it, or where the original packaging is damaged in any other way. If we receive products in a damaged state we will return them to the sender and all extra shipping costs will be paid for by the customer.
  • nodokana reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been properly authorized or sent not in accordance with the return policy of nodokana. 

Refund

In case customer requests the refund of the item(s) returned,

For orders made by credit card, the amount to be refunded will be visible on the next bank statement of the card. The time of processing may vary depending on the issuing company of the credit card, this time generally takes up to 20 working days.
 Refund of orders made by bank transfer will be completed on the original bank account within 48 working hours from the delivery of the returned parcel, and only after receiving the bank details from customers.
 Refund is made on the same currency of the original order. Possible difference in the refunded amount may depend on variations of the currency exchange rate and will not be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Any duty and tax related to the import of the box are always at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Please keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our office. nodokana is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged during shipment.

GONDERIM

Ürünlerimiz Türkiye siparişlerinde, Aras Kargo ile ücretsiz olarak gönderilmektedir.

Stokta olan ürünler hafta içi verdiğiniz siparişlerde 2 iş günü içinde kargoya teslim edilir.

URUN TESLIM

Sipariş ettiğiniz ürünü teslim alırken mutlaka kargo paketini kontrol edin. Kargoda bir hasar tespit etmeniz durumunda kargo görevlisine tutanak düzenleterek ürünü iade edin. Hasarlı kargolar için kargo görevlileri zabıt tutmakla yükümlüdür.

IADE / DEGISIM KOSULLARI

Aldığınız üründen memnun kalmamanız durumunda, siparişiniz size teslim edildikten sonra 10 gün içinde bizimle ürünle ilgili şikayet ve/veya değişim veya iade talebinizi info@nodokana.com adresine e-posta ile bildirmeniz gerekmektedir.

İade veya değişim onayı olmayan talepler işleme alınmayacaktır. İade veya değişim işlemlerinin başlayabilmesi için, onay aldıktan sonra ürünü faturasıyla beraber bize kargo ile birlikte gönderiniz. İade veya değişim yapılacak ürünün kargo ücreti alıcıya aittir ve kargoda oluşacak hasar ve/veya kayıplardan firmamız sorumlu değildir.

İade veya değişim yapılacak ürünler, size gönderilen fatura ve orijinal çanta veya paketlemesiyle birlikte yapılmalıdır. Ürünler giyilmemiş, hiç bir şekilde kullanılmamış, yıkanmamış, size teslim edildiği orijinal halinde, tekrar satılabilir konumda olmalıdır. İncelenen ürün yukarıda belirtilen koşullara uymadığı durumlarda ürün değişimi kabul edilmez, iade alınmaz ve bedeli iade edilemez. Ürün iadesi veya değişimi paket tarafımıza ulaştığı gün değerlendirmeye alınır.

Hediye çeklerinde değişim veya iade kabul edilmez.
